Welcome to the University Community Development Corporation
UCDC was formed in 1988 to promote collaboration between the Atlanta University Center (AUC), its member institutions, and community residents to enhance the quality of life within the surrounding neighborhoods for existing residents, students and faculty. The organization works to create sustainable communities that are safe, vibrant and healthy through the development of affordable housing for low- and moderate-income families.
